1. Who we are

These terms apply to all orders placed with Kerala Keuken Spices ("we"), Kloosterstraat 19, Drongen 9031, Gent, Belgium, enterprise number BE1037277616, reachable at rageenajomon@keralakeukenspices.com.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in euro. VAT is not applicable — small business exemption scheme (bijzondere vrijstellingsregeling kleine ondernemingen). Payment is possible online (Bancontact, card, Apple Pay) or in cash/by card at pickup or delivery, as offered at checkout. An order is only final after our confirmation.

3. Delivery and pickup

Orders can be collected at Kerala Keuken Spices or delivered/shipped as offered at checkout. Frozen and chilled products are perishable — store them appropriately immediately upon receipt.

4. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the legal right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving reasons (art. VI.47 CEL). This right does NOT apply to goods that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life, such as fresh and frozen food (art. VI.53, 4° CEL). Products exempt from withdrawal are marked as such before purchase. See the Right of Withdrawal page for the procedure.

5. Complaints and disputes

Complaints can be sent to rageenajomon@keralakeukenspices.com. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you can use the EU online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (https://mediationconsommateur.be).

6. Applicable law

Belgian law applies. The courts of the district where we are established have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
